Brasilia, officially established as the capital in 1985. This was a dream envisioned by Don Bosco in 1883 before it became a republic in 1889, and finally started in its well-planned grandeur in 1956 through 1961 by Juscelino Kubitschek, the president of Brazil. In the province of Goias at 3450 feet, he made a cross that's now referred to as a gigantic jet. With these futuristic communities providing the public necessities such as government, cultural, banking, living and entertainment centers, the opportunities and benefits are there for all. No traffic lights are necessary with such a master plan that incorporates the broadest streets.
